Torsion Deck™ / Flex Tail™: Tubbs' advanced Torsion Deck™ enables torsional flexibility throughout the snowshoe body, improving traction, preserving natural gait, and increasing comfort on uneven terrain.
Quick-fit binding: the quick-fit binding offers a perfect blend of comfort and control with simple and intuitive entry and exit.
Rotating toe cord with rotation limiter articulation system: the rotating toe cord design allows the end of the snowshoe to drop off, shedding snow and reducing strain on the heart and respiratory system by 7%, while a rotation limiter prevents over-rotation.
Tubbs toe crampon: the Tubbs toe crampon, located under the ball of the foot, provides constant contact in varying snow conditions, while the serrated tooth design improves grip on packed snow and ice.
Traction rails: the traction rails provide excellent grip on slopes on hard and icy terrain. The curved shape prevents slipping forward and backward on steeper terrain.
ActiveLift™ 16° heel lift: the ActiveLift™ heel lift was developed to ease steep ascents and reduces calf fatigue and strain on the Achilles tendon. It lifts easily up and down. The 19° backcountry heel lift is ideal for extreme ascents, while the 16° day-hiking version is designed for moderate terrain.
