Ortovox Ravine 34
Description
The new RAVINE is a LIGHT and TECHNICAL freeride backpack for demanding freeriders who don't want to lose any time on the way to the next steep descent.
What makes it special: all important equipment can be stowed and taken out on the move without taking the pack off.
With a quick-fix parallel ski attachment with karabiner, even wide freeride skis can be attached to the pack in a single move for short carrying sections.
A handy extra compartment at the bottom of the pack holds ski crampons and crampons, always within reach without taking the pack off.
The separate safety compartment gives quick access to the entire emergency kit and a light ice axe, while everything in the main compartment can be reached from the top or the side.
The RAVINE 34 also scores with the usual attachment options for skis, poles, rope, helmet and ice screws, as well as a map pocket and hydration system preparation.
Thanks to the ERGONOMIC FULL CONTACT LIGHT BACK SYSTEM, the pack distributes the load optimally across the back and hugs the spine without slipping.
For extra spine protection, the RAVINE 28 can be fitted on the inside with the CLASP SPINE PROTECTOR.
The spine protector is certified to the motorcycle standard, sold separately and simply slides into a separate inside pocket.
As well as safety and functionality, the RAVINE 34 also focuses on the environment: the freeride pack is completely PFC-free and is made climate-neutrally from recycled polyamide.
