Northwave Striker - Sand

The Northwave Striker in Sand/Green Forest is a cycling shoe for mountain biking and cross-country riding. Version 80262077 has a Carbon XC 12 sole with strategically placed TPU inserts. Two SLW3 dials allow separate fit adjustment. Air openings in the upper and an open mesh tongue complement the construction for sporting rides.

Selection and use

Try the shoe with your cycling socks and adjust both closure zones evenly. Check for comfortable heel retention and enough toe space. Match the pedal and cleat system to the manufacturer’s requirements. Have the cleat position set correctly and practise clipping in and releasing in a controlled setting first.

Care and inspection

Remove dirt gently after riding and allow the shoes to dry at room temperature. Regularly inspect the dials, cables, sole tread and cleat fastenings for wear. Follow Northwave’s cleaning and maintenance instructions. Store the shoes dry and avoid sharp objects that could damage the mesh or closure cables.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
