Racktime BASKIT 2.0 small

The Racktime BASKIT 2.0 small is a black steel basket for a compatible SNAPIT 2.0 carrier. Its matching adapter is already mounted to the basket. With a 20 litre capacity, this small BASKIT version provides space for shopping or items you want to carry by bicycle. The manufacturer specifies a maximum basket load of 10 kg.

Selection and use

Check that your carrier is explicitly compatible with the SNAPIT 2.0 system. Also check the permitted load of the bicycle and carrier, since the limit for the complete combination matters. Distribute shopping evenly and check that the basket is locked before riding. Secure loose items so they remain in the basket and cannot reach moving bicycle parts.

Care and checks

Remove dirt from the basket and keep the adapter area clean. Let wet surfaces dry and follow Racktime’s care instructions. Regularly inspect the fittings and lock for wear and secure attachment. After an impact or fall, check the connection before loading the basket again.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
