Salewa PUEZ PTX HYB JACKET Damen - quicksand

The Puez Powertex Hybrid Jacket uses two different variants of our proven laminated, weatherproof Powertex® fabric: on the upper body we use durable, hard-wearing 3-layer Powertex® ripstop material for reliable protection from the elements. In the other areas, a lighter 2.5-layer Powertex® ripstop protects, providing freedom of movement and also scoring points with its small pack size. Both materials have a water column of 10,000 millimetres. The water column describes the pressure needed before water can penetrate the fabric. Both fabrics also impress in terms of breathability: at 10,000 g/m2/24h, the material stays vapour-permeable even on strenuous ascents. In addition, the seams are fully welded and the front zip is waterproof.

The waterproof jacket has a fully adjustable hood, and the two slip pockets, each with separate compartments, offer plenty of storage space: the upper ones close with a snap fastener, the side ones with a zip, so that your phone or keys stay securely stowed. In addition to the underarm zips, snap fasteners on the front provide further ventilation options, even with the jacket closed. The sleeve cuffs and the hem are adjustable.

The jacket is part of the Salewa Committed collection, whose products are manufactured according to our additional environmental and sustainability standards in order to leave as small an ecological footprint as possible. The materials used are made of 100 percent recycled polyester and are fitted with a permanently water-repellent, PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish that does not harm the environment.
