Stable display from first signal reception means less stress in an emergency and enables faster search. The 3-antenna device is equipped with patented Smart-Antenna technology, which analyzes the device's orientation in the avalanche and automatically switches to the best transmission antenna. This gives you up to double the range and helps you be found faster.

In addition to the premium avalanche beacon DIRACT VOICE, the DIRACT offers NO VOICE NAVIGATION, but acoustic and visual support during coarse and fine search.

Thanks to reduced, logical design, the DIRACT is especially easy and intuitive to operate, as a single button allows you to quickly mark buried victims or switch to standby mode. Post-avalanche protection automatically switches from search and standby mode to transmit mode to guarantee full protection to the searcher. Even in extreme lighting conditions, the full-graphic, extra-large display is easily readable and thanks to clear instructions and 360° real-time display, provides intuitive user guidance in stressful situations.

The handy and 210-gram lightweight avalanche beacon fits securely in your glove thanks to rubberized grip zones and fits comfortably in your pants pocket when not in the quick-access carrying system, which automatically ejects the beacon as soon as you open the fastener. This means the DIRACT is always quick and secure at hand and immediately ready for use. The RECCO® reflector integrated in the carrying system offers as a backup an additional chance to be found better.

The DIRACT features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that is particularly durable and environmentally friendly. Even at -20°C, the battery reliably provides power and cannot leak.

Thanks to the free ORTOVOX APP (Apple iOS & Android) you automatically receive software updates, your warranty is extended to 5 years and you can watch helpful video tutorials.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg.
