Going full enduro...with carbon? Driven by the success of our aluminum rims in enduro use, we developed a 30mm carbon rim. The result of this project is an industry-leading ratio of weight to durability. As it turned out during practical testing, the new NEWMEN Advanced SL A.30 is even stable enough for our EWS riders. Equipped with our new hub technology with extremely quiet fade freehub, this results not only in a particularly light and agile but also a very quiet wheelset. Possibly the new benchmark in the enduro segment.

Description
Lower weight than our Evolution (aluminum) SL A.30 rims with increased stability over our Evolution SL E.G.30 rims. High wall thicknesses around the entire rim profile in combination with a special fiber orientation at the rim horn provide the perfect trail and enduro rim when combined with 30mm inner width. The relatively low profile height of 20mm in combination with flexible Sapim D-Light spokes allows the same familiar grip and riding comfort as our aluminum wheelsets. This is coupled with the advantage of better durability with reduced weight. While minor dents, compressions, or external impacts on spokes can slowly tire and wear an aluminum rim during hard use, the Advanced SL A.30 rim still impresses with perfect runout after many thousands of descent meters on enduro bikes. Additionally, the probability of so-called pinch flats with tubeless use is significantly reduced by the 3.5mm wide rim horns.

All new Advanced SL and Evolution SL wheelsets are based on our new NEWMEN Evolution SL hubs with FADE freehub. This is so reliable and stable that we approve all FADE hubs without restriction for e-bikes. At the same time, noise levels have been reduced to a minimum through optimized component geometry. Besides the pleasant feeling of riding a quiet bike, there are even practical advantages: the tire grip in corners can literally be heard, creating a completely new riding feel. In mass-start races like marathons, you also don't unnecessarily draw attention to yourself from the rider ahead. The hubs have double-sealed ball bearings with particularly low tolerances and special grease fill to enable maximum durability.

We offer a lifetime no-questions-asked 50% crash replacement guarantee on all carbon rims—of course also for second or third owners. The delivery includes our tubeless strip and a tubeless set from Milkit.
