With its working length of 83 centimeters and a blade volume of 2.3 liters, the BEAST has an ideal size to work efficiently in the event of an avalanche. Premium materials as well as high side walls and a pronounced center ridge ensure the necessary rigidity and stability. A sharp, tip-stable blade guarantees optimal performance. Thanks to the pack-friendly shovel blade equipped with non-slip tread ribs and the telescoping shaft with quick-release, the BEAST avalanche shovel can be quickly and easily stored in any ORTOVOX ski touring backpack. With additional features like the T-grip with switchable function for left and right-handers, the BEAST focuses on the essentials and belongs in every tour backpack.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
