Scarpa Golden Gate Kima RT Women blue turquoise sunny lime

The GOLDEN GATE KIMA RT Wmn is a technical, precise shoe developed to minimize running effort on highly technical trails.
On less challenging terrain, it also offers the best performance.

Less effort when running
Excellent grip and traction on any terrain

Presa
Presa-Scarpa ultimate result of internal research and development on the topic of soles.
Because technological innovation emerges in an environment where experience and scientific research merge.
Every Presa sole is developed with constant thoughts about the usage context and the corresponding activity for which the shoe was designed.
Measurement of key performance indicators (including grip on wet and dry surfaces and resistance) is crucial for selecting the best sole.

Sock-Fit LW
The tongue of the trail running shoes consists of a single, elastic cut piece that sits pleasantly on the foot and provides additional lateral stability.

Exo Construction
Upper construction system developed by Scarpa to better protect and support the foot.
Lateral protective devices are combined here with the upper material and together form an exoskeleton.

Upper material
Double-layer construction of two elements: The first layer consists of microfiber and provides structure.
The second, outer layer is an abrasion-resistant mesh that also provides maximum breathability.
A new last specifically developed for a normal foot, with less volume in the forefoot for optimal fit precision.
The Sock-Fit LW construction system avoids compression points on the foot.
Internal exo cage made of micro-suede provides greater lateral stability.

Insole
Active Foam - a midsole with double foam density.
This new, unique foam combines 4 important properties that all runners expect from a shoe: cushioning, rebound, long life, light weight.
In both foam materials, there is a 3D carbon fiber (1 mm thick) in the areas with the greatest foot support.

Sole
PRESA TRN-03 is the sole with two zones of different composition.
In the forefoot area Vibram SUPERGUM, which ensures high grip on both wet and dry terrain.
In the heel area, however, the new generation of Compound Water Lock provides maximum braking performance even with high sole stress.
