The Bushido II GTX Woman is the GORE-TEX invisible fit membrane version of the classic mountain running model Bushido.
This extra-light, grippy and aggressive shoe was developed for the world of skyraces as well as for use in the winter months and guarantees perfect sure-footedness on any off-road terrain.
Thanks to the STB Control construction, the TPU structure placed on the side of the upper extends downwards and wraps around the midsole in the central area.
This stabilises the shoe.
Through the synergistic work of upper and midsole, this solution achieves a closer fit and better overall stability.
The weight has also been reduced, because heavy stabiliser inserts in the central area of the shoe are no longer needed.
The dual-compound FriXion Red has differentiated contact surfaces: the round shape of the external lugs, which extend sideways to the midsole, creates a progressive contact angle with the terrain and retains stability even when the foot is turned outwards.
This means you can run with this shoe in complete safety even on highly technical terrain with roots, stones and branches. Maximum support and wrap in the central area of the foot, freedom of movement and comfort at the toe.
The result is a shoe in pure La Sportiva style that offers new solutions to meet the needs of more demanding runners.
The rules of the game are being rewritten with a construction that is an absolute novelty among trail running shoes.

The models of the Mountain Running® series are equipped with the exclusive, environmentally friendly La Sportiva by OrthoLite® Hybrid insoles, which are made with 20% recycled production materials.
These insoles are designed for both men's and women's feet and vary in thickness and materials depending on the user's average weight.
Maximum wearing comfort thanks to the ventilation of the sole and the highly breathable PU foam cells, which ensure dry feet and perfect climate comfort.
Supports moisture wicking for dry feet.

Normal Volume
Medium-width foot: shoe for an average foot shape, with a neutral sole, not too narrow and not too wide.
Ideal for narrow and wide foot shapes.

Impact Brake System
Innovative system on the sole to absorb impact, which also helps on the ascent and supports braking.
Designed and developed in La Sportiva's research and development centre, it offers real benefits while running: the negative effect that occurs on impact with the ground is minimised. Thanks to the special arrangement of the lugs, some make contact with the ground first, so the impact of the shoe's tread is softer.
