The P.A.C. TR 3.2 Merino Light in the children’s version is a lightweight trekking sock with light cushioning for hiking. Manufacturer reference 01-8039 identifies this model family. Its construction combines functional zones with a material blend intended for use in a hiking shoe or boot.

Materials and features

The composition is 43% bamboo-derived viscose, 20% wool (merino), 19% recycled polyamide, 15% polyamide and 3% elastane.

  • Left/right fit and extra-flat toe seams.
  • Ankle-height comfort cuff.
  • Material blend of merino wool, viscose and polyamide.

Fit inside your hiking footwear

Try the socks with the shoes or boots you intend to wear on your walk. Smooth the fabric around your heel and toes and make sure it does not form folds inside the shoe. The right size should fit closely without squeezing your toes. Check the fit while walking and with your footwear laced as you plan to use it.

Care after your walk

Air the socks after use and follow the sewn-in care label when washing them. Check the guidance for the washing programme and drying method. Let the socks dry completely before wearing them again or putting them away.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg.
