Which pole length do I need?
Alpine, touring, classic and skating need different pole lengths. For adjustable poles, check the usable length range.
Choose for the child’s current height and sport. Do not add length just to allow room to grow.

Check when trying out
- The grip should feel secure in your hand while wearing your gloves.
- For adjustable poles, your working length must stay within the approved range. Follow the manufacturer’s markings and locking instructions.
- Use the separate guidance for classic and skating. Do not apply the alpine elbow check to Nordic poles.
Measure your height and check pole length
- Measure your height without shoes from the floor to the top of your head.
- Compare it with the manufacturer’s guidance for your sport. Packed length is the collapsed length for transport.
- For alpine poles: place the pole vertically and check that your upper and lower arm form roughly a right angle. Use separate sport-specific guidance for Nordic poles.

Description
The LEKI Racing Kids is a fixed-length children's ski pole in a red, black and neon-yellow World Cup design. Manufacturer reference 65344301 identifies this version. The model is intended for alpine skiing and the corresponding equipment needs of younger skiers. Its length is selected when buying; the shaft is not telescopic.
The cylindrical aluminium shaft has a 14 mm diameter and uses TS 4.5 alloy. A PAS V1 grip and adjustable nylon wrist strap complete the upper section. A Racing/Trekking basket and a steel tip fitted inside the shaft are also included. LEKI lists a reference weight of 167 g at a length of 105 cm for this version. That reference should not be transferred unchanged to all shorter sizes.
Available lengths run from 80 to 105 cm in 5 cm steps. Choose a length that suits the child's height and ability, and try the grip with ski gloves where possible. Adjust the strap to fit. Before a ski day, inspect the shafts, grips, straps, baskets and tips for damage. Remove snow and moisture after use and let the poles dry before putting them away.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
