Measure both feet

Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. Measure each foot separately.
  1. Place paper against a wall and stand on it with one heel touching the wall.
  2. Put weight on the foot, bend your knee slightly and mark your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in millimetres.
  3. Repeat for the other foot. Note both lengths and, if needed, the width at the widest part of each forefoot.

based on Dalbello's two-part bonded shell construction, the light yet extremely stiff shell of the Quantum Space offers impressive uphill performance and direct power transfer for controlled descents. an overlapping cuff, similar to classic mountaineering boots, supports easy entry and exit and makes the boot particularly interesting for anyone taking the step from alpine skiing to ski touring. the Instant Fit (IF) Tour Space liner is used in the Quantum Space, rounding out the package perfectly and contributing to excellent comfort and efficient power transfer to the shell.

TECHNOLOGY

bonded shell: in Dalbello's bonded shell construction, the shell is molded in two separate longitudinal sections and then bonded together using an infrared welding process. each of the individual shell parts can have much more contour than if it were molded in one piece. after bonding, the new Quantum series boots have a better fit than conventional ultralight shells can offer.

Co-Injected Cuff: the cuff is co-injected to have harder plastic on the back for optimal support and softer plastic on the tongues for easier handling and improved wrapping.

autofit tongue: an innovative feature that improves both comfort and performance: Dalbello's auto-fit tongue is equipped with EVA on each side that adapts to the skier's shin.

vibram® sole: the profiled vibram rocker sole with varying degrees of hardness used in the Quantum models offers good grip in the snow when walking and climbing as well as smooth power transfer to binding and ski. the GripWalk Vibram heel and toe set was developed for the Lupo models.

EVO 45° shell closure: the 45° buckle closure of the shell guarantees precise foot wrapping both when skiing and walking. additionally, lever pressure is well distributed thanks to a two-part strap in the medial area.

micro buckles: allows precise "fine tuning" of the buckle closure system for a better fit. adjustment is done by turning the buckle (thus making it shorter or longer and the fit tighter or wider).
