Madshus Carbon Race Junior

The Madshus Carbon Race Junior is a cross-country ski pole for children and younger skiers. A composite shaft, cork grip and Junior Biathlon strap form the basic equipment of this model. Several fixed lengths are available to select in the shop. Choose the length for the skier’s current height and cross-country technique, paying attention to a comfortable hand position as well as the different requirements of classic skiing and skating.

Selection and use

Select a length for the skier’s present height and the technique actually used. Try the grip with their usual gloves and adjust the strap according to the product instructions. Ask for advice if uncertain; adding extra length simply to allow for growth can make the skiing movement harder to perform.

Care and inspection

Dry the poles after use and remove snow and dirt. Inspect the shafts, grips, straps and baskets for damage or loose parts. Avoid trapping the shafts sideways or applying concentrated loads. Have damaged poles assessed before using them again.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
