The K2 Boundary snowboard boot features a dual-zone closure with the BOA® Fit System to adjust your fit precisely. A dedicated BOA® dial for the upper part of the outer boot and a second dial dedicated to closing the lower part of the outer boot. The upper cuff of the boot is made from our high-quality synthetic HDR material. It was engineered for mobility, which increases durability and reduces torsion of the outer boot when flexing forward.
Inside, a supportive three-point harness is integrated into the shell and wraps around a thermoformable Intuition® Control Foam 3D liner for the perfect fit.
Underfoot, the proprietary This Grips!™ rubber outsole provides excellent traction when hiking, bootpacking and walking on icy car parks, and sits on a dual-density midsole. This midsole features a lightweight EVA material and is complemented by our Harshmellow™ cushioning material to pad your bones and reduce fatigue after long days on the mountain.

Lacing
BOA® Fit System with H5 & M+2 technology: The Zonal BOA® configuration with two dials provides a micro-adjustable, multidirectional and zone-specific precision fit. The upper and lower lacing can be controlled independently, ensuring an extremely precise fit throughout the boot. The BOA® Fit System was developed specifically for use in the harshest conditions and guarantees reliable performance even there.
TX3 BOA® lace: The best of both worlds. TX3 is a flexible, low-friction textile lace used on snowboard boots that combines a soft, modern design with long-lasting durability and strength.

Articulating upper cuff: Pre-shaped upper cuff – the independent articulation of the upper cuff ensures distortion-free flex.
HDR Premium Synthetics: HDR Premium Synthetics is eight times more durable than conventional polyurethane and is a proprietary, hard-wearing synthetic coating developed for extreme conditions. The dynamic resin system offers exceptional abrasion resistance and durability that go far beyond those of conventional synthetic materials.

Internal and external J-bars (liner): Additional J-bars provide more structure and reduce heel lift.

Harshmellow™ vibration damping: Harshmellow™ is an innovative cushioning system that replaces the industry-standard foam cushioning materials. Outsole
This Grips!™ rubber outsole: The proprietary rubber compound offers excellent grip and durability on all types of terrain and is integrated with Harshmellow™ foam to dampen jolts and vibrations.
