Schildkröt Yoga Block

The Schildkröt Yoga Block is a green exercise block made from EVA foam. It provides an additional support surface during yoga or Pilates when you want to adapt a position to your mobility. A grippy surface and rounded edges make the block a practical aid on the mat. This item contains one block.

Selection and use

Place the block on a level surface suited to the exercise. Resting it on different sides lets you vary the support height for a particular position. Choose a position in which you can move with control and increase the load gradually. If you are unsure about a posture, ask for suitable guidance in a class or from a qualified instructor.

Care and checks

Wipe the surface after training with a suitable damp cloth and allow the block to dry. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions for the foam material. Check for cracks or permanent deformation before use. Store it away from sharp objects that could damage the surface, keeping it clean for the next session.
