Schildkröt Springseil Speed Rope Pro

The Schildkröt Speed Rope Pro is a skipping rope for regular training at home or on the go. Its plastic-coated steel cable connects to aluminium handles through rotating joints. Adjustable length lets you match the rope to your height and movement, while an included storage bag makes it easier to take to your next training session.

Selection and use

Adjust the rope before your first session, following the supplied instructions. Start with slow jumps to check that it swings freely and suits your movement. Choose a level training area with sufficient clearance from people and objects. An appropriate surface helps avoid unnecessary abrasion of the coating. Build speed only once your rope handling and jumping rhythm work together comfortably.

Care and checks

Before training, inspect the connections at the handles and the cable coating for damage. Clean dirty handles and allow the rope to dry before packing it away. Store it in the bag without sharp bends. If the coating is badly damaged or a connection cannot be secured reliably, have the rope checked before further use.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
