Schildkröt Fitness Push Up Bars

Schildkröt Fitness Push Up Bars are a set of two handles for push-up training. Instead of placing your palms flat on the floor, you hold the padded grip sections. Each steel-tube handle stands on two supports and raises the hand position above the ground. This lets you incorporate push-ups using a wrapped grip into your exercise routine.

Selection and use

Place both handles on a level, dry, non-slip surface. Before training, check that they stand steadily and that you can grip them securely. Begin with controlled movements within your ability. Choose a spacing and variation that let you maintain your body position, and stop if you experience discomfort.

Care and inspection

After training, remove sweat and visible dirt according to the care instructions and let the handles dry. Regularly inspect the padding, supports and connections. Have damaged or loose components properly checked before using them again. Store the set where it will not create a trip hazard.
