Schildkröt Oberschenkel-Trainer / Leg-Trainer

The Schildkröt Leg Trainer is a compact spring exerciser for thigh exercises and other uses described in its instructions. Foam covers the two arms to cushion the contact surfaces when they are squeezed together. A steel spring connects the arms and provides resistance. The green-and-black construction needs little storage space and can be put away easily after a session.

Selection and use

Follow the Schildkröt instructions for positioning and exercises. Start with a controlled movement to understand how the spring closes and opens again. The arms should make even contact without slipping. A steady movement is preferable to abrupt squeezing. Choose an exercise appropriate to your training level and allow enough room to move. The compact shape also works as part of a small home exercise setup.

Care and inspection

Clean the contact surfaces gently and let them dry before storage. Before exercise, check the foam, arms and spring for cracks or other damage. Do not continue using a damaged trainer or attempt to alter the spring mechanism yourself.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account.
