Schildkröt Fitness Dual Core Wheels

Schildkröt Fitness Dual Core Wheels consist of two separate double-wheel rollers for core training. Each roller is guided with its own handle. The ball-bearing wheels measure 145 mm in diameter and use a non-marking design. A 180 mm wheel track and ergonomic TPE handles complete the equipment for controlled rolling movements.

Selection and use

Use a suitable level training surface with enough space around you. Select the exercise and range of movement for your training level and follow the instructions. Begin with controlled movements rather than pushing the rollers far away without control. If unsure about technique, qualified training guidance can help select appropriate exercises.

Care and inspection

Before training, check that the wheels and handles are undamaged and roll smoothly. Remove dirt from the wheel surfaces so they run cleanly. Clean the equipment gently and store it dry. Even non-marking wheels should first be checked on an appropriate area when used on delicate flooring.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
