SQlab Sattel 613 ERGOWAVE® R Carbon
Description
Triathletes are resilient, but still suffer excessive saddle discomfort. The extreme sitting position combined with long riding sessions presents an ergonomic challenge.
The 613 ERGOWAVE® R Carbon is equipped with a raised back section, which for the first time in triathlon shifts pressure toward the pubic bone. The perineal area is relieved and the additional rear support improves power transfer. As a positive side effect, skin irritation is reduced.
The 613 ERGOWAVE® R Carbon offers:
- Relief of sensitive areas
- More efficient power transfer
- Avoidance of strenuous protective postures
- More leg freedom
The reason this adaptation of the SQlab step saddle came to market five years after the SQlab ERGOWAVE® shape is in the detail. Creating harmony between position and height of the step and combining it with width, tilt and the slope at the nose tip required considerable development effort.
The 613 ERGOWAVE® R doesn't just have any shape, but the perfect shape for the most difficult of all sitting positions in cycling. This innovation contains years of SQlab experience: from different sit bone widths to different anatomies to solving customer wishes we develop saddles that not only improve comfort and relief but also boost competition performance.
