Technologies
New rim profile – wider and lighter
Through thoughtful profile dimensioning, we meet the current trend toward wider, lighter, and more durable rims. This is supported by special surface-hardening treatment and careful anodizing. An optimized inner profile reduces stress on the rim shoulder.
Tubeless ready
All SPLINE ONE wheels were designed for tubeless rim tape use. Optimization of the rim bed allows easier tire mounting and improved tire seating. The fastest and easiest way to switch to tubeless.
Pro Head® Reinforcement System (PHR System)
The new PHR System achieves optimized force introduction into the rim through its locally larger support surface, while making the wheel easier to true. The special shape acts as a ball joint, perfectly aligning the DT Squorx Pro Head® nipple in the direction of pull, minimizing the risk of spoke breakage.
Straight pull spokes
To achieve an ideal balance of weight and stiffness, SPLINE® wheels use only premium straight-pull spokes. They're more stable than conventional spokes yet can be trued and replaced with standard tools.
Two-piece hub shell
The SPLINE ONE hub shell is manufactured from two pieces using a special forging/forming process. The fiber flow remains uninterrupted and the aluminum material structure is preserved. Through load-appropriate dimensioning, material is used only where needed in practice.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
