Katadyn BeFree AC Aktivkohle Nachfüllpack (3 St.)

The Katadyn BeFree AC refill pack contains three activated carbon inserts for the carbon stage of a BeFree AC filter system. These are replacements for an existing compatible system rather than a complete filter bottle. Manufacturer reference 8021406 identifies this three-piece pack. Katadyn states a capacity of up to 200 litres per insert, depending on the quality of the water being treated.

Selection and use

Before ordering, check the exact name of your filter. These carbon inserts replace only the designated component and do not replace the other filtration stages. Install a new insert as directed by the BeFree AC instructions and make sure it is correctly seated. Plan replacement around actual use and water quality. The stated litre capacity is an upper figure under the relevant conditions, not a fixed service interval for every trip.

Care and inspection

Keep unused inserts clean and store them according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Follow the complete system’s directions for cleaning, drying and storage. Inspect the other filter components when changing the carbon insert as well.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account.
