Black Diamond Powder Basket

Black Diamond Powder Baskets are large replacement baskets for compatible ski and touring poles. Their broad shape is intended for soft, deep snow. Version BD110565 is supplied as a pair. They are useful when existing baskets are worn or when you want to equip compatible poles with larger baskets.

Selection and use

Before ordering, check the interface on your pole and the basket shape currently fitted. The brand name alone does not confirm every connection. Fit the baskets according to the pole instructions and make sure they are fully seated. Check each pole separately before heading out. A larger basket changes the support area but does not replace appropriate pole technique or assessment of snow conditions.

Care and inspection

Remove snow and dirt after a tour and inspect the baskets for cracks or deformation. Regularly check the attachment, including after transport or a snag. Store the poles dry and replace damaged baskets in good time rather than discovering their condition during an outing.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
