Every detail was studied to guarantee grip, comfort and protection during the approach phase and to support the technical approach to the wall foot.
TX4 is robust "built to last" footwear, the construction is particularly durable and guarantees high lateral stability.
Clean and essential design thanks to the robust leather shaft, high scratch resistance through the PU TechLite all-around border and MegaGrip Vibram sole with climbing zone at the tip and impact brake system at the back: developed for climbing and descents on technical terrain.
The lacing system was derived from the climbing model Mythos and enables the tension of the shoe and its volume through a single movement.
Traverse X is the maximum expression for movement in the mountains: comfortable, safe and fast.

Traverse X
In outdoor slang, the expression "to traverse across" stands for the approach to a wall, for cross-country on different terrain, or for a technical passage during off-road running.

EVA - Injected
The injected sole has high damping properties and elasticity of the material.
These properties support the forward step during running and therefore these models are particularly suitable for off-road trails.
Injected EVA midsoles reduce compression set of the midsole, which can occur as the service life progresses, thereby allowing the material to retain the same performance properties.

Ortholite Hybrid
The models are equipped with exclusive eco-friendly La Sportiva by OrthoLite® Hybrid insoles, which are made 20% from recycled production materials.
These insoles are designed for both men and women's feet and feature different thicknesses and materials depending on the user's average weight.

Impact Brake System
Designed and developed in La Sportiva's research and development center, it offers real benefits during running: the negative effect that occurs when impacting the ground is minimized.
Due to the special arrangement of the lugs, some contact the ground first, making the shoe profile's impact softer.
