The lightest shoe in the Traverse X Approach series: meets the requirements for grip, protection, minimal volume, and lightweight, needed for technical ascents and multi-pitch routes.
The shoe features a sole unit with 100% re-soleable outsole, doubling its lifespan, and is made from recycled materials to protect the environment.
The sole unit was designed to allow simple and quick re-soling.
The outsole can be replaced exclusively through authorized La Sportiva retailers.
The seamless upper material is very enveloping thanks to the integrated tongue that eliminates voids and wraps the foot, for maximum comfort and protection.
The fabric used for the upper material, laces, Ortholite® Hybrid Approach insole, and part of the EVA midsole was made from environmentally friendly, vegan-friendly materials.
Vibram® IdroGrip sole with "climbing zone" for maximum grip on technical terrain.

Standard compressed EVA midsoles offer durability and responsiveness on soft ground where less cushioning is needed.

Ortholite Hybrid
The models are equipped with the exclusive environmentally friendly La Sportiva by OrthoLite® Hybrid insoles, made 20% from recycled materials from production.
These insoles are designed for both men and women's feet and feature different thicknesses and materials depending on the user's average weight.
Environmentally friendly and washable: with recycled rubber, machine washable.
Maximum wearing comfort thanks to sole ventilation and highly breathable PU-foam cells that provide dry feet and perfect climate comfort.
Sweat-wicking support for dry feet.
High and lasting durability thanks to technology that prevents excessive material compression: compression over time is less than 5%.
