From wild alpine terrain through endless hiking trails to asphalt roads: the Puez Mid Powertex trekking shoe with mid-height shaft comes in a progressive, modern design that stands for smooth rolling behavior and high wearing comfort on varied terrain. The abrasion-resistant ripstop polyester upper in a mid-height cut is reinforced with a toe cap and an all-around protective rubber edge. The processed waterproof, breathable Powertex® membrane provides reliable protection from moisture and dirt.

Permanent wearing comfort
The special trekking profile, the two-part EVA midsole with varying stiffness and soft heel cushioning, along with the soft, recycled and adjustable CFF footbed combine with the included volume-reducer insole to provide high wearing comfort and an individual fit.

Technical & innovative
The Puez Mid Powertex trekking shoe is equipped with a Pomoca™ Alpine Trekker outsole that provides ideal grip and traction on technical terrain. But what's special about the sole is the new Salewa Edging Plate II: a special, thermoplastic midsole plate that extends the entire length of the shoe. Thanks to the Edging Plate II, the shoe provides high flexibility and cushioning for long-lasting wearing comfort while still offering high stiffness and stability in the forefoot and heel area. This creates an ideal combination of flexibility and support.
Likewise, our proven Salewa 3F system with Kevlar® cables further increases stability at the ankles and midfoot: The patented system connects lacing system, sole and heel and thus guarantees secure grip with constant flexibility. The climbing-lacing system also allows precise lacing in the toe area for an even more precise fit, more support and ideal adjustment.

This mid-height trekking shoe for women bears the Salewa Committed symbol and meets our strict environmental and sustainability standards to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint. Furthermore, the recycled, adjustable CFF footbed is made from recycled mesh fabric and the waterproof, breathable membrane is PFC-free.
