The low-cut version of the Makra pro lady GTX – the Makra pro low lady GTX – is an approach shoe for challenging terrain. But what makes a good approach shoe? Versatility is required. The Makra pro low lady GTX works on diverse terrain: from asphalt paths through forests and meadows to scree fields. Here, wearing comfort, stability, and flexibility play an important role. Its light yet particularly stable midsole consists of PU and EVA: the oversized PU heel provides perfect cushioning, a reinforcing PU foam wedge in the heel area also supports an ideal rolling motion. EVA in the forefoot for precision during takeoff - and the exclusive Vibram "Makra outsole" provides excellent grip. A hallmark of the Makra family is the optimized gilly lacing down to the toe area – the laces are drawn through textile loops. The foot thus also has good hold in the forefoot area and in a mid-high model and you stand stably in the shoe. Thanks to waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, your feet stay dry even in changeable weather. The Perwanger leather is robust, breathable, and durable. A material combination that convinces across the board.
