Deuter Aircontact Ultra 50+5

For all thru-hikers who want to challenge themselves in the discipline of hiking and need lightweight and reliable equipment without compromising on comfort.

More energy thanks to lightweight materials
Reduced to the essentials, the lightweight delivers a very good weight-to-comfort ratio and, thanks to its thin yet robust ripstop material, is extremely durable and resistant.
By removing the lid, you can further reduce the weight.

Easy on the back thanks to new spacer mesh
The new spacer mesh (Air Spacer Mesh) combines three functions: comfort, cushioning, and ventilation.
This makes the backpack a sustainable and weight-optimized lightweight that additionally provides custom-fit, comfortable wearing comfort thanks to adjustable back length via a hooks & loops solution.

Deuter Aircontact
High loads are most comfortably carried when the backpack and wearer become one unit.
This is where the Aircontact principle comes in: the carrying system sits directly on the body, the weight is kept close to the center of gravity.
This guarantees full control and effective load transfer.
At the same time, the breathable Aircontact back pads provide noticeably pleasant ventilation through a pump effect with every movement.
