Silva Trailrunner 400 Lumen

The Trail Runner Free is a comfortable and lightweight headlamp for everyone who loves running.
Its features and light beam are optimized for the needs of a runner.
The base version of the Trail Runner Free series comes with 3 x AAA batteries and the hybrid battery compartment.

With the fifth generation of our original running headlamp, we introduce a new technology where the power cable is integrated into the headband.
We call it Free Technology—a comfortable headlamp experience without annoying cables or cable clutter.

Including hybrid battery compartment
The hybrid battery compartment can accommodate either AAA batteries (included) or the rechargeable Silva hybrid battery pack.
So you have the freedom to upgrade your headlamp if you want to add the rechargeable battery pack.
The hybrid battery compartment has textured surfaces and features an integrated red safety rear light—for added visibility.

Specific light distribution
The Trail Runner Free series is made for running in every way.
All three headlamps are equipped with Silva Intelligent Light.
This means you get a dual-light beam technology in your headlamp with light settings perfectly suited for running.
Our unique combination of a far-reaching headlamp and close-range flood light results in fewer head movements, better control, improved balance, less fatigue, and higher speed.

Comfort in every detail
Despite focusing on technological breakthroughs, we have not forgotten the importance of weight optimization and
therefore weighs only 55 grams (without batteries).
The headlamp is perfectly balanced, with smooth adjustments and a flat, soft textile extension cord that doesn't get tangled.
The headband is soft and prevents the lamp from slipping thanks to a silicone band on the inside.
The battery can be comfortably worn on the headband or kept warm in your pocket with the included extension cable to extend battery life.
