With the Fanes Sarner Light Hybrid Jacket, Salewa combines alpine heritage with modern design: the hybrid women's jacket is made from recycled wool yarns and is crafted using traditional craftsmanship.
South Tyrol's cultural heritage
The Sarner knit construction is a very dense wool knitting technique from the South Tyrolean Sarntal. The traditional process creates soft fabrics that are wind and rain resistant. The 400 gram lightweight Sarner Lite knit blend used here is spun, knitted and sewn in Italy following alpine tradition. It consists of a soft, hybrid AlpineWool® material blend in which recycled wool, viscose and polyamide are processed with elastane. We combine this functional material with lightweight, soft and cuddly stretch wool fleece inserts that contain recycled polyester and additional elastane.
The jacket comes with a comfortable, form-fitting hood and two side pockets with zipper.
