BBB Cycling Mudcatcher XL BFD-18
Description
The BBB Cycling MudCatcher XL BFD-18 is a wide mudguard that mounts on the down tube. Its tapered shape intercepts mud and spray between the front wheel and frame. It is an option for mountain bikes where you want additional spray protection without a permanently bolted wheel-mounted mudguard.

Selection and use
Check the shape of your down tube and the clearance to the tyre. On suspension bikes, also account for movement between components. Position the straps without trapping cables or hoses. Align the wide surface with the spray area and check the fit after a short test ride. Wheel size alone does not confirm compatibility with every frame.
Care and inspection
Gently rinse off heavy mud and regularly inspect the straps and attachment points. Remove trapped grit before it rubs against the frame. After transport or cleaning, check again that the guard is firmly attached and clear of moving components.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
