BBB Cycling SmartLink BCH-11S Kettenverschluss

The BBB Cycling SmartLink BCH-11S is a replacement connector for BBB 11-speed chains. Matching connector halves join the two chain ends and form the closing link within the chain. Choose this model as the appropriate spare when maintaining a compatible BBB 11-speed chain.

Select the matching chain

When selecting a replacement, check the full model number BCH-11S and the 11-speed designation of your existing chain. BBB expressly lists this version for its own 11-speed chains. That comparison is also useful when you keep suitable spares for several bicycles. The manufacturer specifies a weight of 3 g.

Connect and inspect

To connect the chain, insert the two connector halves at the chain ends and bring them together. Closing the link draws the pins into the narrow end positions of the openings. BBB names the BTL-77 LinkFix or BTL-213 Re-link for opening and closing the connector. After fitting, check that the link is fully closed and can articulate freely. Also follow the requirements for installation, replacement and care of your chain and its connector.
