The BBB Cycling FuelTank BBC-03 is an aluminium bottle cage for mounting on a bicycle frame. This matt black version holds a compatible drinking bottle in a top-loading cradle. Small damping elements are intended to improve retention and reduce scuff marks on the bottle. It is a straightforward accessory for bicycles with suitable mounting points and enough room to remove the bottle upwards.

Selection and use

Check the mounting bosses and frame instructions before installation. Insert a compatible cycling bottle and make sure you can comfortably lift it out on your frame size. Clearance above the cage is especially relevant on small frames or when using a frame bag. Tighten the mounting according to the frame instructions, then check that the bottle is held securely.

Care and inspection

Wipe the cage with a damp cloth when needed. Remove sand from between the bottle and cradle and inspect the damping elements for wear. Address loose mounting bolts or a bent cage before the next ride.
