AXA Einsteckkette ULC 130cm/5.5mm 2023

The AXA ULC 130 is a plug-in chain that supplements a compatible bicycle frame lock. Its 130 cm length allows you to connect the bicycle to a fixed object as an additional securing step. The chain links are 5.5 mm thick. Unlike a standalone chain with a separate lock, the ULC needs a suitable receiver on the frame lock into which its plug-in pin is inserted.

This version is intended for the AXA system used by compatible Imenso and Block XXL frame locks. Check the exact model approval for your lock before purchasing. The AXA brand name alone does not establish compatibility. With a suitable frame lock, the chain and lock are operated using that lock's key. Choose a fixed, securely anchored attachment point with enough room to route the chain.

Where possible, avoid connecting only an easily removable bicycle component to the fixed object. During riding, keep the chain away from tyres, spokes and the drivetrain. Inspect the chain, cover and plug-in connection regularly for damage and follow the lock manufacturer's care instructions. This chain supplements a security arrangement; it still requires a suitable frame lock and a considered choice of parking location.
