Size help

Find my boot size

Measure both feet and use the manufacturer chart for this model. Length, width and volume all affect the fit.

A reviewed size recommendation is not yet available for this model. Use the measuring guide to prepare, then ask our team for help choosing.

Check when trying on

  • Try both boots with the socks you will wear when skiing.
  • Check heel hold and pressure points in your skiing stance. Pain or numbness is not a suitable fit.
  • For a difficult fit, a personal fitting and boot fitting service can help.

Measure both feet

Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. Measure each foot separately.
  1. Place paper against a wall and stand on it with one heel touching the wall.
  2. Put weight on the foot, bend your knee slightly and mark your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in millimetres.
  3. Repeat for the other foot. Note both lengths and, if needed, the width at the widest part of each forefoot.

Three different measurements

Foot length · mm
The measured distance from your heel to your longest toe. Your two feet may have different lengths.
Mondopoint · MP
A sizing system based on foot length, usually shown in centimetres for ski boots. Use the chart for the exact model.
External sole length · mm
The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.

Description

The HEAD Kore RS 130 GW in Anthracite/Yellow is a performance freeride ski boot for highly experienced skiers. Manufacturer reference 602040 combines a 130 flex rating with a Grilamid shell and a ski-hike mechanism. It is designed for skiers seeking direct downhill response alongside freedom of movement for walking sections.

The KORE Pro Light liner includes an HP frame footbed. Four screw-mounted, micro-adjustable Superleggera buckles and a 53 mm ratchet hook-and-loop strap help adjust the fit around the foot and lower leg. The narrow RS last measures 98 mm in the catalogue's reference size MP 26.5; its width changes with boot size.

GripWalk soles and Dynafit tech inserts are included. They do not make the boot universally compatible with every binding: have a specialist check your specific boot-binding combination and its adjustment. Try the boots with ski socks in both downhill position and walk mode. Before every descent, check that the ski-hike mechanism is fully locked in the downhill position.

The shop lists sizes in Mondopoint. During fitting, look for a secure heel and even pressure rather than choosing solely by your usual street-shoe size. After use, remove snow and moisture, open the buckles and let the boots dry without direct radiator heat. Keep the soles, inserts and locking mechanism clean, and have damaged or worn parts checked professionally.
