The number 86 is not general approval for other skis with a similar waist width. Test-fit the skins on a clean, dry base before the trip and check that the edges remain appropriately exposed and both ends sit correctly. When fitting or removing them, keep the adhesive surface away from snow, dirt and unsuitable surfaces.

Care and inspection

Dry the skins gently after a trip and do not place them on a hot heater. Follow Dynastar’s and the skin manufacturer’s guidance for folding, storage and care. Regularly inspect fibres, adhesive and attachments; water repellency does not replace this maintenance.
