The zip is designed so the different pack sacks and base combine seamlessly into one unit. The BASE consists of a back panel and airbag system and sits comfortably on your back thanks to the FULL CONTACT LIGHT back system. The pack sack opens completely with a wraparound zipper and comes with all the features you need for touring: ski, splitboard, and rope attachment, ice axe holder, or small map pocket leave nothing to be desired. Emergency equipment has its place in a separate safety compartment. To keep weight as low as possible, we use particularly lightweight yet abrasion-resistant materials. LiTRIC, the electronic airbag system, combines lightness with ease of use and reliability. The electrical system charges via USB-C in about 25 minutes and allows numerous test deployments without extra costs. No cartridges means: more space, no weighing, no cartridge disposal, no travel restrictions. The construction is thought through to the smallest detail – instead of cartridges, supercapacitors are used and the airbag is super light, making it one of the lightest systems on the market. Plus, the system is especially easy to use. From charging and LED charge indicator through trigger handle to leg loop and airbag packing – LiTRIC AVABAGs are absolutely intuitive to use. One charge allows at least two deployments. Operating time in ON mode is approximately 60 hours and allows multi-day tours without recharging. Operating temperature ranges from -30° to +45° C.
